Undergraduate students, including paralegals, who are taking a course on estate planning where the instructor is willing to be a responsible party and provide guidance and training to students on how to use WealthCounsel software.

Law students pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Law students pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree who are taking a course on estate planning where the instructor is willing to be a responsible party and provide guidance and training to students on how to use WealthCounsel software.

Law students participating in a legal clinic

Law students participating in a legal clinic affiliated with a law school that provides services in estate planning or elder law, where a licensed attorney is responsible for the clinic and relies on law students to help provide legal services.

Law students pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree

Law students pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree who are in a course of study focused on estate planning or tax law.

Academic Purpose Only

WealthCounsel software must be used only for academic purposes, except when used in a legal clinic affiliated with a law school. In a legal clinic, the software may be used to prepare documents for clinic clients under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
